Clean and chop the mushrooms.

In a pan, sauté them in butter.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the carrots, cut them into large slices, and cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.

Drain them, puree two-thirds of them.

Reserve the rest.

Mix the puree with the beaten eggs from an omelette, the spices, then add the flour, milk, and the remaining chopped carrots.

Mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Preheat the oven to Th 6 (180°C).

Butter a cake mold.

Line the bottom of the mold with slices of bacon and pour in the preparation.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Let it rest for 10 minutes in the turned-off oven before unmolding. Serve warm.
