Chop the cauliflower as follows: slice it finely (looking at the cauliflower from above) from top to bottom, then from left to right (in a cross shape, therefore).

Then cut each slice, which will give you small pieces of cauliflower.

Repeat until you have started about half of the cauliflower.

Peel the avocados and cut them into small cubes.

Mix everything together, drizzle with lemon juice, season to taste, pepper as desired and add a little olive oil if you wish (the avocados are already fatty).
