Thaw the artichoke hearts and set aside.

Chop the shallot and mince the garlic.

In a large saucepan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the shallot for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the garlic, mussels, and wine.

Cover and increase the heat to high.

Cook for 5 minutes until the mussels have opened.

Remove the mussels from the pan, let them cool, then remove them from their shells.

Place the mussels in a bowl.

Reduce the cooking liquid and pour it over the mussels.

In a large frying pan on medium-high heat, warm up some oil and sear the peeled shrimp on both sides until cooked.

Season with salt and pepper and transfer them to the bowl.

Cut the squid into rings, season and pepper the squid rings.

In the same pan on high heat, sear the rings for 2 minutes before adding them to the bowl.
