Heat the oil in a pot, add the pork cut into pieces, and fry for 5 minutes before adding the chopped onions and curry.

Season with salt and pepper, pour in 20 cl of water and let it simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Boil the leeks sliced in rounds for 10 minutes in salted water, drain them then fry them for 10 minutes in a frying pan with butter.

Peel and cut the mango into cubes and add it to the pot with the meat along with the cream and leeks.

Mix and cook for 10 more minutes.
